This is a curious thing that people interested in muscles must to know. Synthol always make you look artificial and must to be inyected by plastic surgery profesionals. Most of this guys inyected himself this and felt in the "i want more, a bit more, a bit more..."
I turned off the comments. I dont like insults. If you dont like something, dont do it but if someone want to do it, he es free to do everything with hilself. Kill him too.
Lots people dont like synthol becasue dont make you natural muscled. There is nothing for now that make you truly muscled without killing you.

How I got some results?
Well this was when I was a teenager and is only the start. The video shows what a couple years using a home gym can do when you have the right attitude and determination to get results.
I put far more attention into real food and my diet than any supplement (have only ever taken 2 supplements being whey protein and creatine).
And finally, I literally work my t*ts off in the gym 5-6 days a week, no chatting, no phone, strictly 1 minute breaks, just get in, do the job and go on home!

If we wore shirts on the video there would not be much to watch. Also, all the excercises we do here are done just to squeeze and flex the muscles - not to build them.
