This is an arm workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout.
There are six exercises, three for biceps and three for triceps. The entire workout takes 45 minutes and there is very little down time. Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don't want to get injured.
Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout. Don't hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last. I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can't help it. In this workout we do one exercise for biceps then without rest do the opposing triceps muscle. Here is the workout:
Biceps: dumbbell curl using forced negatives
Triceps: skull crushers Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises
Biceps: Twenty-ones with barbell
Triceps: narrow grip bench press Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises
Biceps: reverse grip barbell curls
Triceps: dumbbell kick backs
Repeat the above five times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes. If you don't like reconfiguring the dumbbells all the time you can also just do each bicep/triceps combo 5X and then move on to the next combo.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

This exercise is done with the palms facing down instead of facing up like in a standard barbell curl, This exercise is much more difficult to do than a barbell curl so dont use a lot of weight, start with about 35% of what you can do with the palms up.
These can be done using the preacher bench as shown here or from a standing position. I suggest doing these at the end of your arm workout when your biceps are good and weak, that way, even though the bicep is stronger than the forearm they are both worked out evenly.
The muscle size increase in a pump is short lived, typically much less than an hour. A pump is not a sign of permanent growth, rather an indication that you have worked out hard and that bloodflow has increased to the muscle.
Forearm exercises are tough on the elbows and we don't want you getting tendonitis so only use the amount of weight that lets you use slow, controlled form. If you have any pains in your elbow region, see your doctor before doing these!

I made this to give skinny guys an example of no matter how difficult it may be to gain muscle mass how it can at least turn out if you stick to it hard enough and have the will. (I changed it to "at least", due to all the Schwarzeneggers that comment me so bravely)
I took the clips between midnight and 4am by the way....AND I know that when I eat tons of protein that I will gain more mass with the same amount of training. I just have to stay in shape and have to do more endurance than mass training due to my job.
AND: This is only a little gym at work, I also attend a real gym once in a while, don't worry..
As there will be more negative comments about my video I have to mention that I had NOT all my spare time to workout in a gym. I have worked more hours in my last job and the current one than others in their life and I DON'T have THE BEST genetics so I wouldn't become Mr Shmolympia within 5 years...I also don't take any extra nutrition help or anything
The ones who I made this for appreciate it. All the mighty strong 13 yo's and the ones who have become bigger than 5 grandma's and think they have to leave unnecessary comemnts, just fu*k off an don't waste anybody's time.(more)(less)
